FAQ Time!

1. Melia, will you review my product/book/band/life choice?

Of course, I will review almost anything you want me to review.

2. Will you be honest, yet thoughtful of my feelings and needs?

I’m always honest. Keep in mind, though, that I will give my opinion, usually as diplomatically as possible, so if your product is bad… well,  don’t expect a good review.

3. I hear you don’t have an iPhone. What if I have an amazing iPhone application I desperately need reviewed?

If your product isn’t within my demographic or realm of possibilities, I may be able to pass it off to my trusty stable of colleagues who are glad to help out. If not, then, you likely will be rejected for my awesome services.

4. How long does it take for a review?

Well, it depends on astrological alignment of planets, my school/work/home schedule, whether I like you and how much I’ve had to drink. Be patient, and don’t be afraid to send me a reminder e-mail if its been more than two weeks since you’ve heard from me. I’m a busy girl.

5. Why do you do this?

Because I like swag. I like to wave my goodies at my friends so they can be jealous of my awesome Internet fame. I like to help out the “little people,” or rave about an amazing book that really fits my own personal agenda. I like to blog, I love to write, and getting freebies just makes it all a little tastier.

6. Is it true that you fleece people for giveaways for your other sites?

Well, yeah. I’m an opportunist and I will ask for extra products to give away on one of my community sites, IF I think its a good product to give away. Its a win-win situation, I promise. Just send me stuff so I can brag. Good stuff, not crap.
