About Me

I create, manage, consult on and administer forums, blogs, and do some of the dirty work involved on social networking sites like FaceBook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and a smattering of all those crazy places. Plus, I write. A lot. Well, sometimes.

I graduated in April, 2010, with a BA in Women’s Studies.

I tie dye clothing, read tarot cards and occasionally make bows and tutus. I don’t eat meat, I’m afraid of the dark and I eat far too many olives for my own good. I am a childhood abuse survivor, a political surveyor, and I love the way women can get together and make magic just by cooking a meal or painting protest signs. I am anti-PTA and pro-choice.

And last, but certainly not least, I am a mother of 4 amazing children surviving the DC suburbs with style, grace and a little flair. You can see more of me at MojoWriting.com (because, really, there’s never enough Melia).
