I wonder when the “New Year” posts are going to get old.

No matter, because its Monday! Monday, when I wax nostalgic about my weekend adventures in… cleaning… oh, and grocery shopping. That’s fun. So, short weekend recap.

My kids, right now, are all in their respective schools. There is silence. It is beautiful.

I start school in a week, my last term until I graduate. I’m not sure what my independent study will be about, but it will have something to do with writing, and maybe blogging, because that’s just the way I roll these days. I have 15 credits of “whatever I want” to fill, so the educational sky is my limit and I’m totally open to suggestions. I have to have a written “something or other” to document my term, though, so keep “writing” in mind since I doubt tie dye will count as a studio credit. Although, I’m sure I could make that work, as well.

What else? I’m glad you asked! I just signed up for my next ATS class and I’m totally excited about it. I’ll be running my first online coaching workshop (Time & Household Management) in a few weeks and trying to stay warm until spring decides to join me again, taking away this igloo and replacing it with my toasty house.

15 credits of whatever you want? I bow to your self-discipline. I never would have made it through without more direction. Have you done anything with the impact of blogging or online social networks on stay at home parents? Not just the socialization aspect, but more practical areas of household and family management.

What an opportunity..credits to fill. I never got to choose any, and I am glad you are getting to do that! The balance in all this is what I find hard. It is so easy to live online or live in real life, but the balance is the tricky part.

I think your workshop will help a lot of people…it will be awesome!
