I truly intended to do another cooking blog, to document my efforts of subtly reminding my dear Scarly to  send me some peanut butter fudge thanking my dear Scarly for her help on HippyMom. I had the camera ready, ingredients out, and commentary from Talker about why I keep cooking and taking pictures of what I’m doing.

Oh, little do you know, Talker, but when you are 15 and stumble upon this blog, you will wonder why it all sounds so familiar, yet all names have been changed to protect the innocent.Yes, I’ve been telling the world all about you for years now, years. They know more about you than you probably do, and you know what, I’ll never stop, even when you put me in a home. Never! MUAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

Ahem. I intended to blog about my infamous Oatmeal Cranberry Cookies because they’re delish… but, nothing out of the ordinary happened during the preparation or cooking of said cookies. Nothing. Not a damn thing worth mentioning. Its like I lost my mojo, or I’ve cooked enough this month to know what I’m doing again. How did I let that happen?

Le sigh. Now what do I blog about? I suppose I will have to wreak havoc somewhere in order to create some bloggable media. Craptastic.  I can’t even find the photo of the cookies. I need a vacation.

In the true spirit of giving, I am asking for you to give me something to blog about – a recipe, a dare, a *gasp* kid activity. I have 18 more blogs to write this month, and I’m running out of material. Just remember, if you dare me, and I do the dare, you are totally going to be dared back. Triple dog dare style.

I think you should try doing henna. Body, not hair, I mean. I think you’d enjoy it a lot, and doing the mad scientist mixing of henna powder, terps, and sugars and lemons and stuff would be fun for you. Check out the Henna Page for info on mixing. And patterns to follow for designs.
