The past few weeks have been great. My kids have been reasonably good, my husband has been reasonably good, my animals have been pure delights. My house is in order, I’ve been developing outlines in my head for future blogs, books, projects, etc. School started yesterday and although it was kind of yawny, it was fabulous, as well. Life has been good for 2 whole weeks (well, maybe 10 days, but who’s counting?)

KABOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMM!! Welcome back, Mercury Retrograde!

You have killed my internet connection on my 2nd day of ONLINE school, forcing me to use my cell’s connection, which is less than stellar. You have hidden the remote that controls the DVDs my daughters are screaming for and I can’t change the damn input on the TV without it. YOU. SUCK.

I was duped into a false sense of security. So, on Superbowl Sunday, I will be celebrating with my friends – not the winner or loser, but just that the FRICK FRACKING Mercury retrograde is OVER.

Until then, I am back in hiding. Please send beer and olives.

    WOOT! YOU ROCK TOO!

Okay, it’s a good thing that the internets are no longer broken because I seem to recall you’re pretty attached to that laptop…

Is it wrong that I just want to drink, and drink, and drink, and drinkdrinkdrink until hummus tastes good?

Instead of beer and olives, how about tequila and limes?
